After releasing two well-received EPs between 2012 and 2013, Uninvited Guests went through a period of lineup adjustments and creative development. Finally, under much anticipation, they released their debut full-length album in the summer of 2017. This is an ambitious and well-crafted album. The band recorded all 13 new songs in one take, a highly challenging approach, in an effort to capture the most classic rock sound.

The album was planned for nearly four years. After the new lead singer Kubin joined in 2016, the band members completed the creation of the entire album in less than a year. These 13 new songs are diverse and rich in style, covering various classic elements of rock music such as early blues, hard rock, southern rock, punk metal, etc. In terms of creation, it can be regarded as a microcosm of the entire golden age of rock music. The album features LC's signature punk-style anthems like "Solo Ride Till I Die" and "Evil Shot", as well as the powerful and exhilarating rock song "Trash Crash Rock N'Roll", and the unrestrained and complexly arranged "Tricky Boys". The song "Game Face" even combines hard rock, punk, blues, funk and traditional metal. The band also created the southern rock style "The Lone Ranger", and the use of Jimmy Page-style twelve-string guitar adds more luster to this song. Besides the agitated rock music, there are also two power ballads, the slow songs "When I Miss You (Nobody Knows)" and "Times Have Changed". The latter is the first attempt to use piano and string instruments. It is an epic anthem lasting more than seven minutes.
The album cover is adapted from a painting in the famous series "Dogs Playing Poker" by the renowned American artist Cassius Marcellus Coolidge at the end of the 19th century, titled "A Bold Bluff". It was reinterpreted in an Old School American comic style by the band's good friend Marco Benitez. The five naughty dogs playing poker around the table correspond to the five band members, and their expressions imply the album's title "GameFace". Everyone wears a mask in life.
